By accessing or using PluralBooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

PluralBooks provides cloud-based accounting software with features including but not limited to: invoicing, expense tracking, inventory management, bank reconciliation, and reporting.

3. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 60-day free trial with all features enabled. No credit card required. After trial expiration, a 2-day grace period applies with non-blocking warnings.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data entered into PluralBooks. We provide tools for data export in multiple formats (CSV, JSON, SQL) at any time. Your data is truly yours.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Local vault features enable offline work capability.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details, business data, transactions) and automatically (usage data, device information, cookies).

Data Security

We use bank-level AES-256 encryption, secure data centers, regular backups, and comprehensive audit trails. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account closure, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless legally required to retain longer.
